Now this is how you show respect a dish from another culture - you do proper research, unlike some so-called professional chefs who I am refraining from calling the names of, who are so ignorant of other cultures, apparently do not do any research at all, and then butcher the ethnic recipes. Thank you Nanaaba for doing such thorough research. The clear approval from the Ethiopian viewers sure proves that your research and dedication was well appreciated.

I'm an Ethiopian-American and I'm as amazed as any Ethiopian can be with the amazing job you did. This is one of the best Doro wot I have seen, even better than some Ethiopians recipe videos on youtube. you did really an amazing job. Its easter fasting time right now for Ethiopian orthodox Christian followers and we are literally vegan during the next few weeks until Easter but you made me crave for it. The details are to the point and you are so right that you can not make Dor Wot without especially those three ingredients: Berbere, mekelesha and spiced clarified butter just as you have mentioned it. I'm very much interested and will definitely check out the Ghanaian version of the chicken stew. Great Job Sista. keep on rocking. 👏👏👏👌👌👌
