Now the world population is said to be 8 billion and practically everyone has a car, including the Indians and Chinese and there is still plenty of oil. Oil is abiotic and not a fossil fuel. In an interview by Fletcher Prouty, on KZbin, he gives the history of how the Rothschilds got oil to be categorised as a fossil fuel and states that oil is the second most abundant liquid after water.

And Mobility are trying to push these EV's onto disabled drivers, who do not have the mobility to sit outside in the freezing cold waiting for their car to charge, and believe me there are an awful lot of disabled drivers out there who cannot charge at home, we have just been forced to abandon any diesel engined motor in favour of an EV, which we refuse to take and so we have had to settle for a Ford Puma 1.0 ecoboost hybrid non plug in motor which is a 3 cylinder engine runs on petrol which we did not want but we found out ford are scrapping all diesel car production and stopping the manufacture of the Ford Focus probably one of the most reliable cars they have produced. EV's are not the future, who is going to assist these disabled drivers when the on road chargers become too expensive and they themselves can't afford a costa coffee and a sticky bun.

If the predicted power cuts do happen charging at home will not be much of an advantage. If they lie about an entire multi storey car park being reduced to a pile then they will lie about anything. The reason they do not hold their value is because the battery deteraits over its life, 10 years. A 911 can last 20 years plus.

EV's suffer more catastrophic total loss fires than ICE cars, once they burn that's it. It's a bit like comparing rail safety with air safety. Aircraft have far fewer crashes, but when they do the result is invariably fatal.

one gallon of diesel/petrol has 33 kWh of electrical energy and my Mini Cooper Electric does at least 4 miles per kWh of electric, that's equal to it getting 132 M.P.G., so "burning diesel, to power EV chargers, makes perfect sense" as my Mini Cooper Electric, will go 3 and 1/2 times the distance, on diesel generated electric, than its ICE equal would do, if that fuel was in its tank, (you obviously have NO grasp of physics).

We have a duel fuel car. Getting 15 miles only on ev. It’s for going to local journeys. Charge at home, is not that cheap and it run better on pettol. It cost the same has buying a house in 1996!!!

Currently EV's are a dead loss, the technology is not quite there yet, the big issue people like to push under the carpet is the amount of dangerous emissions the manufacturering of the lithium cell's produce , which generally need replacing every 5-8 years , at massive cost ! Also the infostructure (In the UK at least) is very poor. Recharging points using different app's (which often you can't download), why can't they just use a debit card ! They also need to standardized the connection plug.
