Nancy Edmondson It is so sad that some renters are that way. My brother had an amazing beach house in the outer banks of North Carolina. He owned it with his in laws who lived in Montana and came back east every winter. They would move into the beach house and he did any repairs or maintenance needed. Their issues were more with the company that they hired to take care of it during the time they were not there. The water softener system was damaged due to that company not doing what was in the contract. He sold it after 4-5 years. He now has time share property and has been much happier with that because it is a totally different kind of group of people that share them. Before MTV showed musicians and others trashing hotels, houses, etc you never heard of people doing that. It is just another example of how movies, television, reality shows, have influenced young people and has lead to the general disrespect we now see in many people under age 40. How the USA is portrayed by the media is why so many in other countries have such strange perceptions of life here and how they stereotype people who live here.

I know a lady that was outright diagnosed as infertile and had a baby after not being on any birth control for 15 years... She fell pregnant again when her daughter was under 11 weeks old as they so wanted to try and give their daughter a sibling and right after birth was the best chance of success they had. They managed it and now her babies are 10 months and newborn!

I know so many women that have had babies with in 4 months of having their newborn and I know a few people are the same age as their sibling for a few months without being twins I think it's super cool! Whether you're pregnant or not, the biggest thing to remember is God's timing. My aunt got pregnant again when my one cousin was really young and now the two youngest are 13 months apart although it wasn't an ideal time for her to be pregnant again we are so lucky to have little Clayton in our lives!
