In a bowl, crack 5-6 eggs, break holes and mix up well. Add salt and pepper and a little splash of milk. Heat up pan just over medium setting, make sure it’s hot then put some oil down, dump in eggs when oil is hot. Right away add a handful of shredded cheese of your choice.
