I know a way to make a really fluffy lactose free omlette, also I can make a red omlette by 1 engridient. (To make it fluffy separate the whites from the yolks, whip the yolks until you see some bubbles, then add your yolks to the whites then add seasoning, I personally like to use my secret spice mix, then cook on high until both sides have some color.) (For the red omlette just do the same thing as the normal one but add hot sauce) (Also bento_club, you should REALLY try this, it's fluffy and spicy, also you should add some sugar to the eggs for some sweetness)

Tip: if you are lazy and want fluffy sunny side up eggs, separate the yolks and beat in some lemon juice(just use a fork) Add the yolks back in and cook I made this whilst half asleep so I can guarantee that it will taste amazing 46% percent of the time.
