Thanks for the videos my food allergies have come back after 7 years. Its very frustrating to eat and not know if its safe. I was recovering from anxiety and the allergies just brought it back. You’re videos let me know I’m not alone. I’ve never had anaphylactic shock but I’ve been very swollen after eating and live with the fear of having one. Thanks again for the videos, please keep them coming.
