Does bowing the lead wrist give the same sensation as backward bend on trail wrist...? (as I can feel lead wrist bowed but not as much with trail wrist....)

Great video but it would be very helpful to see your hand position post impact. Perhaps a slo motion film speed to include a stop action at the moment after impact but prior to wrist break. Great explanation- kudos to you!

Thanks but my swing isn’t perfect, so I would rather add in the best movers as slow mo examples. But will try to include more of them in future

Great video. This has always been my main problem. I’ve got a lot to work on. 1 question are you still trying to keep these thoughts when hitting a driver. This is the worst club in my bag and it used to be my best. Can’t get off the pull hooks.

Hi is this divot as well ? Ball and follow with grass contacts ? Does it works ?

Ideally some divot after the ball to get the correct radius but still will improve compression without divot

Alistair, for that 7-iron, what would be the dynamic loft preferred? For me, a shaft lean toward the outside of my leading leg is about 10 degrees. The inner third of the leg is about 5 degrees. The zipper is about zero. What is preferred for a mid iron in terms of shaft lean at impact? Thanks,
@adaviesgolf3 ай бұрын
Low 20’s dynamic loft with high 80’s chs. Your average shaft lean is 11 so for me 5 plus should be the aim for all golfers and around 10 for serous players
@mikebarnard26892 ай бұрын
@@adaviesgolfremember, all these drills are MASSIVE exaggerations. 5 deg shaft lean is less than one minute on a clock face … 12deg ( Tour Pro)?is two mins .

Just do I practice swing that helps tell your brain what you want to influence then hit with one or two simple thoughts during the swing
@smallraymond12 ай бұрын
I haven't tried yet, but I'm thinking of starting a small note book, that way I can write the little cuts from the good things I figure out during lessons and on the range. My brain is all over the place, so I'm thinking having little reminders could be good. I've also considered writing little words on certain clubs so I see them looking down. I reckon these are just ADHD hints.
