Dear Lord, I pray for the person reading this right now. I don't believe in coincidences. I believe that they have came across this because they are in need of strength, protection, restoration, & love during this season of their life. I pray you give this person exactly that Lord God plus more. I pray you bless this person and send your angels to guide them out this storm. One of the people who commented on the live chat said that every Christian woman should be like Jessica in terms of her chastity. I agree with him. Unfortunately, many of us were not fortunate enough to have her kind of spiritual background. Personally, I was born into a supposed Christian family and my parents were lay preachers in the Methodist Church. I can't say that they modelled Christ for me in a way that would have prevented me from going through the hard stuffs that I am still dealing with. Thankfully, Scripture records that there were two Marys in Jesus' life- His chaste mother and Mary Magdalene whom He cast out three demons from. In essence, God has rooms in His house for both the chaste daughters and the ones like us who were delivered from the kingdom of darkness. His great love covers all of us. There is no shame in being a Mary Magdalene!

I think for me when I read in the NT and read of those who were unable to be obedient to the commandments such as the woman at the well or the woman caught in adultery, it was their inability to be “obedient” that prepared their hearts in humility to accept their inability to obey in and of themselves and instead to surrender to the only true option of underserved Grace available through the only truly obedient one to walk the earth, Jesus Christ The Son of God. I was engaged with my girlfriend and we had the wedding planned in October and we would set up future plans and even had a small little house for us that my parents owned in the backyard Everything was planned and set And she was my life, In July I found out she was cheating and lying to me since march And it shattered me After trying to fix things and her saying she still wanted to get married She was still seeing him So I had to end things with her It was very hard and heartbreaking for me it’s only been a little over a month now but you just have to pray and take it one day at a time, after the break up I surrendered my life to the lord, knowing I’ve been running away from him my whole life, I realize now that he’s the only thing I have left and the beautiful thing is that he will never leave your side even when you feel alone. He is closest to the broken-hearted to the one who struggles. I realize that he was protecting me and through this situation he grabbed my attention. I had to hit rock bottom to seek the lord and sometimes people will have to go through that in order to surrender to him, but remember that through the suffering, he will use that suffering for good. I do not know who the lord has for me but I know he has a wife for me He knows the desires of my heart and I have to just trust in him. But for right now I have to let go and just seek him and focus on my relationship with him. The lord loves us and wants the best for us, he knows our desires in our hearts, but don’t let these things distract you from him Just seek the lord and all will fall in place. As much as I miss having a best friend it’s ok, it’s ok to be lonely because rn it’s allowing me to focus on god and I believe eventually I will meet someone else and have a future and family with but I may not be ready for that yet. Just remember god has great things for you, just trust in him and have faith. Things will get better but you have to have faith. Put your trust in the lord. Also I would look into soul ties, I’ve been reading about those and it’s been helping me because this is very excruciating for me at the moment. I felt every emotion in the beginning especially sadness but now I’m struggling with rage and anger, but I have to give it to god, I can’t allow these emotions to control me I pray that I may forgive and move on and to let go of the emotions that take control of me no matter how frustrating it is. Trust me, I know your pain, it is very very hard but just give it to god. I’ll pray for you and I hope god leads you somewhere great. If you could, pray for me as well But I hope you get better soon just remember it takes time and prayer I’m still very hurt but I’m better from day 1

Do you believe that Jesus is God and died for your sins? that you're a sinner in need of a savior? in his death burial and resurrection? do you trust him to save you from your sins and gran you eternal life? then you're saved, you don't need to fix up your performance to be saved, you SHOULD, and to some degree throughout life you WILL as God sanctifies you. But if you base your salvation on obedience, then you're trusting in yourself not Christ. God's standard is perfection, and no one perfectly obeys. 1 john says that if we claim we are without sin (present tense) then we call God a liar and we're a liar.

I feel you 100%, I know exactly what you mean, I try so hard but I don’t feel genuine and sincere, I have negative thoughts all day long, I often wonder who’s thoughts are these and why do I feel like it’s me but in the Bible it says God can change peoples thoughts , I ask God often to change remove my bad thoughts but it doesn’t happen. I ask God to help me be sincere but it doesn’t happen, deep inside I feel dishonest. I understand your feeling of feeling lost. I have been there but I also have learned that talking to God about everything is the only way to build a relationship and start to see some answers. Pray about what you desire, pray about God leading you and about giving you patience and peace. If you don’t get what you expect or want or get it fast enough do not get discouraged. God has been working in me and i finally gave him my life fully after being lost for more then 10 years. I am redeemed and restored and life is hectic but knowing I have someone to carry my burdens has helped me. He makes a way in the wasteland ❤️

The hard part is humbling yourself. Accepting that you‘re weak and NEED Gods help and mercy. As long as there is pride and rebellion you‘ll hardly experience the need to wholeheartedly cry out for Gods help and guidance. At least in my experience 😅
