Just a tip for VIP parking at bicester- you can usually get this for free if you have an AMEX card or Blue light card for key workers, I just email them a couple of days before my visit with my numberplate and it includes hands free shopping too! Great video Sophie 💗💗

Maybe in Switzerland the SAs are trained to give exemplary service! Having said that, I have witnessed some shocking behaviour from the clientele in luxury stores. Some of the patrons seem to think that they are proving that they are the 'top end of town' by insulting the SAs. Rudeness of that sort is quite revealing. The ones misbehaving may have nice clothes on and they may be buying expensive items, but they are not well bred people! Thank you for the video!

He’s in the car business so is fortunate to know a few dealers but they’ve all told him that the demand is high. It’s really crazy how in demand luxury items are. I LOVE that bag - gorgeous! Balenciaga was the first lux brand bag I ever purchased when I could finally afford to so Balenciaga will always have a soft spot in my heart. I enjoy the vehicle reviews as well. I have a '68 Camaro & my other half has 2 1964 Fj45 Landcruisers that he built from chassis up over the course of 10 years, as well as an FJ40 Landcruiser that I will drive once completely built & he is painting it Hermes orange with Hermes brown trim for me. Our daily drivers aren't quite as exciting - I have a Lexus Hybrid SUV & he has a Toyota Hybrid.

i do want a mini kelly, but won't be heartbroken if i never get one. I'm beginning to think SA relationships + popularity of the color combo are the main part of getting any Hermes bag. Another youtuber went over how much she spent and it was way less than the kelly and birkin she's bought, but she has a pretty good relationship with her SA. However, my current plan is to just try my luck with a Paris appointment when i take a trip there in a few years. Not my style, but the Balenciaga bag is pretty cool. The color/pattern is lovely.

I enjoy the car reviews. I'm a woman who isn't a car enthusiast, but I also think, cars have never felt accessible to me. My dad never let me work on cars, saying it'd ruin my hands, instead teaching my older brother how. Then I'm always treated poorly by male sales associates when buying them. Watching another woman speak about cars is a friendlier experience for me. It opens up a world I never felt allowed in.

Great video Sophie! I do enjoy the car reviews! I heard the defender is great. My mom had a land rover LR3 HSE for a few years and my husband had a range rover. Both were great to drive, but they both came with so many complications with suspension. Even land rover/jaguar here couldn't figure out what the problem was. We ended up changing those out for other SUVs. My mom does miss the land rover because it was a beast - it would back out of the driveway when the snow was deep without any issues!

I looked - no botiques for Holland Cooper in the US. I'm very sad...esp cause one of the coats they have can only be bought at their flagship store and not online. But thanks to your videos I discovered this brand and I love them! I've bought several jumpers from them, a jacket, and two base layers. I'm nervous to get pants though as I'm rather on the petite size so I worry about length there. I saw you visit them in a previous visit and what I saw I liked so I looked them up. I'd love to see more quintessential British brands that you won't really find anywhere else...I like discovering new brands. I've been going out of my way, as of recently, to look up for such brands...little unknown brands that aren't really in the us and are good quality.

That car is beautiful. i love the white leather seats. It does have a lot of room. A family vehicle. Is there a need for a family vehicle, Sophie Dear? My gravel road here in the mountans of North Carolina might knock out the alignment. It's rained a lot lately. But I have a small Toyota. This vehicle looks like it may stand the test. And one does need four wheel drive in places with a lot of snow. I just love cars that drive well, run smooth and are good on gas. You could take this vehicle on major trips. It would be so comfortable.

Very interesting what was said about not being that dressed up to shop at Hermes. I went to a tiny university in one of the wealthiest towns in the state and even country (in the US). There were multi million dollar mansions across the street from my campus! It was a really interesting experience being from an immigrant family, broke college student, and seeing some of the richest people! But anyway, In the US, really rich people dress very plainly. You'd never guess or know that they are old money millionaires. They dress in athletic clothes pretty much all the time when shopping or running errands, so it makes sense that SA's would not really judge a very casual outfit. I can see someone being able to dress like they just came from a pilates class going to shop at any boutique. I think it's all about the attitude and confidence. But I don't know much about luxury personally, I just like to watch your videos!

I think tourist locations (like rome, london, etc) they are more difficult because they deal with annoying tourists. that's why i think going in often is a good idea. I had a really nice experience in madrid and I didn't buy anything, but looking back I actually wish I did buy an item I really liked.
