I'll be honest, I FULLY expected that to have a PS/2 plug when you first took it out of the box. To ME, it looks like what we'd get if Fisher Price got into computing for kids. Great, honest review! Now excuse me whilst I go flush that infernal clicking out of my ears.

HAH - they don't click that badly - a bit loud and heavy maybe. I haven't seen a PS2 mouse in a long time. I used to have an adapter for mo/kb back in the day when mobos made their transitions. I used to have fickle times with accessing bios on some USB keyboards but the adapter seemed to convert and work. I even still have an old keyboard that came in handy so much back in the day I can't part with it.

@@EightSixMatt -- I have about a dozen of those green USB ~> PS/2 adapters that MS would include with their KBs. Why a dozen? I MIGHT NEEED THEM ONE DAY! I have an old PS/2 HP KB that I can't part with, too. I've had the same issue with new machines not recognizing the USB KB in time to enter BIOS. Especially with faster boots from NVMe drives. [turns on PC] *Achoo!* [Windows login screen] "DAMNIT!"

design wise. it looks clean. feature wise, it is just a cheap mouse that has potential but can not deliver it.

That's pretty much my take on it - maybe we'll see a marked improvement down the road. I'm not opposed to buying and trying again later on.
