Probably because he doesn't want to fight a rare character he doesn't know the match up. Ironically his character is also rare and no one knows the match up and is way better then Gigas. Maven is a carry machine.

@@ItachiUchi941 Those are your excuses to let a op character slip out of necessary adjustments. you can clearly see why this char needs nerf in the video you are commenting. a pro class player know as Majin can't overcome the opponent not because he doesn't know the match up or he lacks something, but only because the character he is fighting excels in many aspects. from ridiculous evasions and hit/heart boxes to op damage and all of her top-level tools in general. You will see this character gets nerfed like so many others who needed nerf and got nerfed. Maybe in tekken 8 if not 7
