Fun fact: half of these OSHA violations were likely caused by the Counter-Strike Terrorists rushing into the building, violently taking it over, and then subsequently shifting furniture around in order to create cover to hide behind during a firefight with the Counter-Terrorists. For instance, they likely moved all those filing cabinets away from walls and into hallways to create more cover to hide behind during a firefight, or to create corners.

A lot of the things that got cited as violations were a result of the T's having taken the building hostage and trying to make their position defensible against the CT's. So, maybe not the end of the world, but he's walking around the aftermath of a terror attack where quite a number of people died just a few days earlier. Pretty close!

A few additional issues 1. Lack of a fire protection system. The building does not seem to have any type of sprinkler system, fire alarm system, or fire fighter hoses. 2. Exit signs should have the arrow pointing to the direction for evacuation 3. Lack of emergency lighting. Sure the property probably had a standby generator, but emergency lighting is important while that is starting up, or if that system fails
