The "lab monster" factor of this game is unreal. The players have elevated this game so far beyond what the developers could have imagined.

Some of the best FGC moments are when people pull out new tech in tournament. I feel that modern fighting games lack the tech factor, you almost always know whats coming.

I think that the way DLC characters release one at a time also speeds up discovery, as all attention focuses on them for a month after release. With something like Marvel 2, where the God tiers were so dominant, neglected characters got to hold on to their cards longer in the form of weird beneficial glitches and whatnot.

It makes games more accessible which helps to keep a constant flow of new players meaning tournaments and new faces should be better however it also means no one can keep secrets or tech to a small group so everyone will know everything, unless you literally don't tell anyone, though replays may also make this harder

I used to play wolverine when I was a kid I never thought he was weak. I remember being a kid and because I played Wolverine And storm The son of the guy that owned the arcade asked my dad to help me Learn how to play.I'll never forget that. He taught me how to fly around with storm and satinal and all kinds of tricks I just remembered the only reason he wanted to teach me was because I really only played X-men and he loves the x-men he was probably 17 - 20 years old I was 10 or 11 I think about him a lot he is a big reason I love fighting games
