Love this concept, could you do the same but maybe with no coaching badges or experience etc, start unemployment and see who has the better career. Or lock maxed out managers at a non league club for their whole career and see who can take their club the highest

Have you customized the reputations of both you and dad? You should try giving both of you 5 star reputation so it would be much more possible to get a job as a manager on top6 clubs of each country(maybe some of you could end with the Champions League trophy in hands? It’ll be hillarious if Omega Dad gets Tottenham job and lifts some trophies with them). And maybe start unemployed? Dunno if it will work tho and how much time will be wasted if doing so.

Editor mate. He’s added two new non playing staff and set them to prefer manager only (been a while since I’ve used editor so something like that) and changes attributes. On new game start when selecting database you can select the new database created on editor. Feel free to ask if unsure happy to help.
