I feel like for this build piercing was definitely the play. having that many projectiles with knockback means bounce just ends up pushing stuff around. having that many projectiles with pierce all going in the same direction, though, with some +damage would rack up damage really really quickly.

Each letter is the answer for it's corresponding enemy type A is good for rushers (A) C is good for offspring or projectiles (C) G is good for a unpredictable movement (G) T is good against tanks (T)

Which then translates to Use Automatic Machine guns against fast things, use Pistols against projectiles(?) Use high powered explosives against tanks and litteraly just do the thing scientists do when they want two particles to collide at 99% the speed of light: BULLET HELL

I've found those same results in my own experience as well. I understand you want to play however you wish (and you have every right to), but I would highly recommend having at least one 'T' attribute in one of your weapons. Especially since those yellow tanky enemies seem to keep giving you trouble. :) Still, love the playthroughs, I hope this series goes for as long (or longer) than Inscryption did.

Isn't Speed down not exactly what you want on Saturn? Lowering the speed of the projectile means that It'll take longer to reach it's max reach, which in turn means it'll stay longer around you, protecting you and have more time to kill. I think the Size Up and Speed down is the perfect augment when combined with piercing

Many games also have some projectiles that surround the player, so talking from experience: Faster projectiles is better, the faster it is, the more it will hit something. So many of those kinds of projectiles' level ups are speed up

think about it: sonic wavespread with +knockback +speed passives, AND homing.. now that'd be the ultimate bouncer build. edit: sifd, the thing you talk about at 1:05:15 is EXACTLY why I love this channel so much. Being considerate of its viewers is the most important thing a content creator can be.

36:50 I personally think that waiting a bit to do specialized builds might be better, since there might be better turrets that specialize in a certain build that you’ve yet to unlock (like say there is a turret that increases knockback or fire rate)

microbes are killed if you knock them back to 200% range, there's also a perk that unlocks when you kill a ton of enemies this way so you might want to try that out some time, CCGG is prob your best bet for that, think that has the most knockback

You chose the passive that gives you firerate when at low health and also one that gives more damage at high health, but you spent the majority of the time at low health, but not quite low enough. You got the worst of both passives. You should have either stayed at low health or high health, but not mid. You should have just allowed yourself to get hit a bunch of times as soon as you get the shield. If you don't plan to use the passive, then why take it? Same for the other passive. You would be better off choosing 2 passives that work well at low heath, or 2 passives that benefit from high health.

Homing absolutely RUINED this video. Then bouncing made it worse. Saturn was so nice until it wasn't. I'd say try saturn with CCC G laser, CCCC laser(with 3 +200% projectiles), and one other one that sounds good. It would be a cool vid. EXTREMELY FUN to watch.
