Radiance underperforms because it needs you to have the enemy remain inside it to ramp, if they leave the zone you have to re-ramp, on top of this compared to fear, Radiance doesnt get Area+ per level, meanwhile Fear gains more area each level and does its full damage instantly

I edited a bit this build: I only have one curse of weakness, added a black revenge (which is a very good power) jewel and some power damage from the talents. It’s just amazing, gonna test it on act I pact of greed because sometimes it could be even more dangerous than act II (at least in my experience), but again: just amazing. ♥

I made a total fail build with these gloves+equilibrium last night. I was virtually impossible to kill, but did zero damage. I didn't kill the cursed until after 11m, insect queen I could not deal any lasting damage to her or her healer minions (which don't count as minions for sudden death). So got to the djinn with her still up and after about 10m of fighting I just let them kill me. I managed to take off maybe 15% of the Djinn's HP. I had retribution, but only apprentice and only rank like...3 because I couldn't kill anything quickly to get levels until I got sudden death about halfway through the run (after cursed). Think I was only level 15 or 16 by the time I got to the Djinn. Game kept giving me waves of genies, cats, and rock elementals, no skeletons for easy xp.

I think Execution did a lot here, early Master Sudden Death also helped a lot.

Hey Jeff ive been really deep diving into Avaron lately (this last week) and can confirm the cursed acid rain issue was just with the boots, tanking it with retribution still works and completely melts him, reprisal is also quite effective.
