I remember a comic making of Vi and Caitlyn having kids and how they managed it is that Viktor combained the dna's of the two and proceded to ask who will carry the baby(which was Caitlyn) which i kinda feel like they may so that in order to have kids soo i guess another explanation on how they would have kids-

I feel like in their world, it would be more common for same-sex couples to have biological kids, if they didn’t adopt. Just think about Piltover and their high society living and their encouragement for progress. Not to mention the fact that sexuality doesn’t really matter in their world so there’s no way it wouldnt be a thing.

@banheezone why not? We don’t know what their surgical process is. All we know is that they couldn’t cure a terminal disease. But they have robotic prosthetics. I think it’s similar to the real world where it depends on the financial status.

We're talking about making babies without a surrogate right? I mean, if that doctor guy bringing his daughter back to life is shocking and new then I think making a human baby not the traditional way would be too i.e not common/invented yet.

That's kinda my specialty as a writer, and I'm usually a little insecure about creating kids for my fav couples, I worry a lot about backstory and characterization, so seeing your creative process was sooooo great, you were really did your best at their stories!
