The standard pink one is s-tier too. The dust jacket is stunning, the art is the same, and you get the jinx poster, the spray paint card, the letter from vander, the hextech blueprint and the map of the city (if you get the insight edition. titan books also makes it, but then you dont get the extra goodies)

It was! This edition of the art books came with a randomized card from a Arcane tarot deck. Makes me wish they had the whole deck for sale

It's one of two tarot cards Sevika plays when gambling! right before Vi knees her in the jaw, Sevika plays the cards "death" and "the Magician" the latter of which depicts Viktor in his 'glorious evolution' which foreshadows Viktor's eventual death and rebirth

I haven't heard anything about a restock unfortunately, I think they would need to do a reprint for this specific edition. I don't think you would be that unusual for them to do a reprint though with enough demand

I think the regular artbook is more worth the cost at its regular retail price. The goodies in this Portfolio edition aren't enough to justify the $100+ difference imo but that's mainly because I don't care about vinyl.
