Monkey King enma is by far the best summon because 1. He can cast justu, and 2. Hes described as rather being a summon, hes described as a partner. Orochimaru is sweating snd trying to stop Hiruzen from summoning Enma. Enma even flat out isnt scared of Oro, its likely that hiruzen and enma mustve been on similar levels acting as partners rather than master and servant

haguromo is stated to be the strongest in naruto, even stronger then kaguya since he sealedd her almost alone having a way stronger susano then enyone in the showw being as big as the 10 tail wich is way biger then madraras full susano , all of that hapend before hes big buff wich he won after sealing kaguya wich is : 10 tails ,rinengan ,dikudou sennin , .. hes basicaly the god in naruto shipuden and no one wold stand a chanhe againnst him as he cold 1 tap hes brother hamura who was stated to be stronger then toneri whi literly splited the mon in half by a basic atak

Okay let me explain. Because I pickedd Naruto for the jinchuriki category. I could not pick uzumki clan because I already have a uzumakis(naruto). Just like I couldn't pick the senjus or uchihas because I already used people from those clans. That rule is mainly for the clans category. And the rest of the categorie I can't use the same character twice.
