I’d add the yeast like you did but let it sit on the counter in the pan for an hour before you cook it and it would be fluffier and you would love it.

I understand all you say about something has to give. I brought my son up alone. He was diagnosed with asd very early. Was tough. So I demoted myself then went to work at a supermarket part time. It gave me time with my son and time to do everything with him to simulate his mind and keep him happy. It's worked. He's 27 now and doing great. Food was my confort so now he is sorted I'm sorting me out. I'm following you and in my 3rd week on loosing weight thanks to you ❤

I make my own bread now as well, it's a game changer, wholemeal flour, yeast, water and add any seasonings of choice and it comes out looking like a fancy bakery loaf, I'm obsessed!! Your kids are adorable and I love the hair!!! I had hair down to my waist and cut it as short as yours, but I regretted it, but that's just me now I'm in growing more again. Your hair looks fabulous!!!!!

Love the hair, really suits you! Couple of tips on the bread. Sprinkle heavily with seeds and press in to the dough before baking. Also, when its a day old, toast it in the toaster or airfryer and it is even better! I slice the whole loaf and freeze it. Then toast it from frozen… yum! ❤

Ami your hair looks so beautiful. You can get away with any hairstyle. The chin length bob suits you and you can still probably pull most of it back when you want to. I saw Chelsea’s new look and it suits her as well. It takes a while to adjust to a severe cut but you really do look beautiful with that cut. You were beautiful with long hair too. ❤

Jamie Oliver has a high protein bread recipe with gram flour and seeds, I made it years ago and it was good. It uses eggs but I'm sure you could replace it with flax egg. x

Me too. I cut my long hair (your long length, maybe a tad longer) down to about 2". I've had short hair before, but I'm still struggling to adapt this time. It does feel good (eg not being strangled by my hair as I sleep, not leaning back on it when I sit, not having to deal with taking a hair clip out to sit in a car, etc.) But, I sometimes feel like I look like a boy. Yours looks fantastic. If your second guessing your decion, know that lots of us feel that way for a while. It gets easier as we alter things like hair style, fashion, makeup, or whatever, or just as time passes. And, you do look lovely with shorter hair.

Yeast is something I don't use but I'd probably substitute it with baking powder. There's nothing wrong with dense rather than spongey bread. I'm always looking to experiment with GF breads as they're super expensive & hard to find & full of crappy ingredients, it's best to make our own. Thanks, and your hair looks good.

It is freeing to chop the hair off! I love it! Mine was as long as yours and pretty bunch the same consistency as you. Chopped it off to a pixie cut years and years ago and never looked back! Love it!
