Hi Ami! I love the videos you put out, especially the what I eat in a day format. I love to see your grocery hauls, and your recipes as well. I can’t tell you how seeing you in action in the kitchen has really helped me make healthy changes in my diet. Still on a plateau, but I have faith that weight loss will begin again. I will unlock the secret! I appreciate what you do to share your experience with everyone. It must be hard to do it with a family, but I selfishly hope that you don’t stop! You are such a sweetheart!❤Susan

I think you'd be better satisfied if you focused more on carbs than veggies and protein. Satiation is dependent primarily on carbohydrate sufficiency! This would prevent the weight rebound (that you already experienced) from being in a chronic calorie deficit.

Plant based dads are doing this right now and it's so nice to get ideas as I am working out and wanting to lose some fat but not my muscle - hence need more protein but it can be challenging to get high levels within lower calorie density eating.
