I like watching your cooking ideas and been watching for about 6 months. Your kids are adorable! The mom/childcare worker in me wants to tell you to slow down when you eat and chew your food longer! Big bites and two chews & swallow. 😬 Sorry! 🫣🫶🏻

Good morning Ami! Do you have a link for your coffee alternative? I am in the United States, and the one I find on Amazon has high caffeine... does yours? The brand I find is the same, but the colors of the trees are brown? Just want to make sure I'm getting the right one.. Thanks for all you do and all of your inspiration! ❤❤❤

Not sure if you can fool Abe and my kids thought they didnt like courgettes and if I peeled them well, they never noticed them. I make lasagna with rice noodles, 1/2 mashed tofu and 1/2 shredded corgies as the filling and add sauce. So good! Your creativity inspires me. I'll take whatever you got! Take care of you and those sweet kiddos. Thank you!

Hi Ami! I love the videos you put out, especially the what I eat in a day format. I love to see your grocery hauls, and your recipes as well. I can’t tell you how seeing you in action in the kitchen has really helped me make healthy changes in my diet. Still on a plateau, but I have faith that weight loss will begin again. I will unlock the secret! I appreciate what you do to share your experience with everyone. It must be hard to do it with a family, but I selfishly hope that you don’t stop! You are such a sweetheart!❤Susan

I think you'd be better satisfied if you focused more on carbs than veggies and protein. Satiation is dependent primarily on carbohydrate sufficiency! This would prevent the weight rebound (that you already experienced) from being in a chronic calorie deficit.

I would like to see a frozen meal prep style like "meat"balls and burgers or like crunchy tofu as if it was chicken fingers you can freeze ahead of time as a big batch and then take them out when you get home after work to just add to sauces and meals for example. If thats possible 😂😂 thank you for everything Ami

New to the channel and wfpb/starch solution. I've been plant-based for years but the weight has crept on and it's time to change things up. I would like to see inexpenive meals without fancy ingredients. I live in a small town in Western Washington State US 30 miles away from any specialty or ethnic market. Also, please talk slower when you are explaining the recipies. Your tips and tricks are so helpful. I'm really looking forward to exploring your channel and website. Cheers, Ardeth

@@ardethellis8930well, you're a little far away from me. Thought maybe we could walk together! But you listen to and follow broccoli mums advice. It works! I lost 40 lbs last year listening to her advice. You can do it. Also, if you hit the little word MORE and then scroll down, you'll see the word transcript and if you press it, it'll print the words of what ami is saying. Hopefully that will help you. She does speak quickly, doesn't she?😊

Hi Ami… just curious did you lose those extra 10 pounds that you gained over the holidays? You did mention that we would be working on that together if we were in the same boat. I love seeing you eat the veggies that inspires me. Two many sweet treats just mess with my hunger fullness cues so those recipes are my least favorite.

Love your what I eat in a day - it really motivates me. I'd love to see more of the higher protein recipes. Plant based dads are doing this right now and it's so nice to get ideas as I am working out and wanting to lose some fat but not my muscle - hence need more protein but it can be challenging to get high levels within lower calorie density eating.
