Great video Man! I was fortunate to get a retail pair but hesitant to cut the top layer so I waited till recently I was able to grab a used pair that I intend to cut it and used your video as a guide. I totally agree the pink lace goes well with the cut one.👍😎

After cutting it away it’s actually the cactus jack print, although it looks similar to elephant print. It is embossed as well, not flat 👍🏼

You don’t want to cut the actual stitching. How close you get to it is personal preference. I cut close to the stitching but kept a safe edge for myself.

However , usually boxes are the weakest point of fakes and I don’t imagine anyone owning an authentic pair of hyped and valuable shoes , like this TS SB dunk, getting rid of the box .
