On Nakayama, the creator of the GROW series, has been fighting a heart disease since 2018. While he got a transplant, he still hasn't fully recovered and is asking for donations, so it's great to rise awareness towards it!

I had a case study on Grow Island. My task was to analyze and write a High Level Document on it. Grow Island is a "commercial" of sorts to encourage people to learn science, engineering and those kind of fields. I don't remember for which institute. The game is "designed" in such a way that combines all fields to work together in order to develop civilization and progress and human beings. This is roughly the essence of the game. I had this case study about 6 years ago...

I loved the grow series back in the day. It was always fun trying different orders out seeing what kind of weird combination would happen. Then using trial and error to try and find the how to get max level on everything

The GROW series is legitimately my favorite flash games ever. I loved them so much as a kid, they were mesmerizing and beautiful to look at, and the process of figuring out the correct order to place stuff in made me feel so smart. I had extreme dejavu while watching the first one. I feel like I remembered something from ages ago but I still can't really recall anything specific. I remember building a road, making a river, having lava trails. Guess I played something similar but I am also sure I didn't play any of these games. I remmebe replaying a lot of flash games when I was younger. Soke I have vivid memories of and some I remember. Decision medieval, grow island, zombotron and many many more. This one was special. I used to LOVE GROW GAMES DUDE they were so well made and the animation was so smooth, and they felt different from flash games I was playing at the time! Glad someone else knows they exist! Please play the egg growing one! If not for a Speedrun, just for a quick bit of fun!

i loved the grow games as a kid!! cube, island, tower, valley, rpg... i remember looking up walkthroughs for them on here even cuz i sucked at getting the correct order lol. i never figured out what you were supposed to do in grow rpg after maxing everything out though and i'm kicking myself now seeing that you were literally just supposed to move after all that haha

The grow series was my absolute favorite thing when I was a little kid on those flags game websites. I just loved putting the things down in different orders and seeing what would happen. I think the grow cube was my favorite, and I also remember something about a tower? That one was really fun too
