what is there no Casey's pizza in Florida?? that's probably my favorite pizza , or Nicky's that's semi local (it's not a chain joint though) also idk if your favorite pizza place counts if the main thing you like is the garlic sauce...lol you could use that sauce on different pizza and then say that one is your favorite 😂

I feel like not enough is said about Guga as the narrator, presenter and host of this channel. His vocal delivery and speaking skills are superb, and are (what I think) what makes this channel so engaging and entertaining. Besides the crazy experiments, mouth-watering food and familiar format, Guga's charisma, affability and professional demeanor are really what sets this channel apart from so many others.

The Gospel: (I am not a bot, I'm just someone who enjoys spreading the gospel. Much love to you all!) The gospel is the good news that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for our sins and rose again, eternally triumphant over His enemies, so that there is now no condemnation for those who believe, but only everlasting joy. Peter says in 1 Peter 2:24, “He himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness.” So Christ died not only to forgive sin, but also that it might die in the lives of His people. ~Quoting John Piper~ ALSO My friend put together a great PowerPoint about the Gospel and Jesus being the prophesied Messiah. I kept up the diet as I was pushing 300lbs at the time and wanted to lose weight. I ended up losing about half my body weight in just over a year. It's funny to see this. When I was a teenager I use to use the papa john's butter sauce to make hot sandwiches after school. You just had to chop up some lunch meat like ham or turkey and pan fry it with a container of papa johns sauce. It was always really good and super easy.

Please try another eye round experiment where you cut steaks lengthwise from the roast and then slice them against the grain like a skirt steak. Very interested to see how this would pair with other techniques (dry age, pineapple, etc.) to make good $1 steaks!

That's because the other two were cooked only on the charcoal. Meaning in order to hit the right temp in the centre they had to overcook the steak and create grey bands. The third was essentially sous vide and then charcoal crust. But of course to avoid overcooking the centre had to be finished sooner but thus left a much juicier steak. 🎉 If they could have sous vide comparison to the deep fry in butter, that would be the way to prove which is better.

Fun fact: The garlic sauce is half water and half fat, and the binding agent they use kinda sucks for anything higher than room temp which is why sometimes you get a soup instead of a sauce :)

Now you gotta re-visit the butter sauce, do 3 steaks: control, 30 day marinate and 30 day dry age with the garlic sauce.

I used a similar technique when I worked at Papa John's, only on venison instead of steak. One of my drivers was a hunter and he brought in some venison tenderloin. Deer are extremely lean animals, and tenderloin is a very lean cut, so I needed to add a good bit of fat. I sent it through the conveyor style pizza oven in a pan full of garlic butter until it was cooked thru. Once it cooled down I sliced it into medallions and put in on top of a 5 cheese pizza with an Alfredo base. I called it the Deer God pizza, because dear God it was good. Easily one of the top 5 pizzas I've ever ate. 10 years as pizza chef, I've worked at almost every major chain, and a few gourmet pizza shops, so I know good pizza

You should do a steak experiment with Willingham's Wham Seasoning. Perhaps 4 steaks? A control steak, a steak seasoned with wham, a steak with wham compound butter, and a steak that's both seasoned with wham and has wham compound butter.
