i actually have a tip for that! usually the average (so not everyone) person loses focus around the 25 minute mark (if you think it differs for you just study and put a timer and stop when u think u lost focus) if you wanna study as effectively as possible, use the 25 5 method! Study for 25 minutes and have a break for 5 minutes then continue on from there. i tried it and it really helped a lot and it increases your focus time so the more you do it the longer you can go focusing on something. good luck

It's okay to feel that way it happens, the best thing you can do is to continue to take care of yourself first, get good sleep, eat. Even if you didn't do any studying, at least you will be feeling better physically and mentally. After then, attempt to do your work again! There's no real solution to feeling like you have control over your life. There will be ups and downs so no matter what keep your happiness in mind.

That's the sweet first and second years of med school for me 🤣 I still shiver when I remember how they dumped that amount of info on us like YES YOU KNOW NOW WHY YOU NEED IT 😉 while we were so lost bc diagnostic medecine (in which these substances are very much needed in the physiopathology) is taught a year later 😂
