GOAT 🐐. Of course I'm not the level of fighter GSP is but I completely understand his mindset because I'm the same before even sparring and exhibitions and my anxiety and stress always translate to boosted reflexes and speed but best of all, will to survive. It's as if you think you're going to die and you're fighting for your life the entire time and that makes any man dangerous. It's much harder to beat a man fighting for his life than fighting for win or a check.

Georges: Anxiety is just excitement without the breath. When we feel heightened energy moving through our body, we need to make sure our breath is full and spacious in order to accommodate it. If our breathing becomes shallow or constricted, our brain and nervous system interprets our present state as "afraid" (vs. energized and excited). Once you accepted your fear, no doubt you -- simultaneously -- began to breathe in a more relaxed way.

I’m gonna try to explain this the best as possible. Okay so just because you train harder then everyone else doesn’t mean you’re gonna win 🤷🏼‍♂️ ur opponent is training just as hard as you an it only takes one punch or someone to have leverage to knock you out or tap you out. also training and making weight gets you exhausted not just physically but emotionally. So doing all that work and preparing for what could be a 30 second KO or tap out. Especially when your getting paid nothing is it really worth it ? Only a few handful of boxers not Even UFC fighters get the big pay day. The gypsy king, money may, pac, Canelo and Connor who else is really making millions 🤷🏼‍♂️

Of course training harder than your opponent doesn't mean that you're certainly going to win; on the other hand, not training as hard as your opponent is almost certainly make you lose.
