Fantastic model mate! I’m about to start in my ‘Peter Sam’ model and after watching your video, I now have the inspiration and what to start off with. Thanks!

Thanks man! It’ll be a joy of a kit! If I have a chassis for it I’d do the same! If you have any pictures would love to see them!

Looks good! I prefer this level of background noise! Would love to see the models in natural light like your older videos.

Looks great! I recently made their freelance baguley based diesel. Great kits! I made a Nigel Brooks GVT tram loco as well and that was incredible. Figures included as well.

Ideal! I fancy a tram but I’m a little skint right now so that’ll be left! The kit I have is wonderful
@Elvinley Жыл бұрын
@@heaptoncollierymodelrailwa6011 I would definitely recommend the Brooks one. I haven't tried the Fourdees GVT loco kit but it costs twice the price!

Some Engines, I quite like without cabs. For example, the Dinorwic Alice Class Hunslet locomotives. They were built without cabs because they worked in high places and also went through low tunnels. Overall, I like this engine, and I like OO & OO9 scale in general. One day, hopefully, I could make my own OO/OO9 scale layout.
@heaptoncollierymodelrailwa6011 Жыл бұрын
Yeah I think they look pretty cool- gives very early railway vibes! I’m glad you do! In a few weeks my 009 layout should have an update if that’s any use! Thanks

Well I plan on 3d printing a 009 locomotive to go with 009 rolling stock and while yes im a huge fan of polystyrene models resin or ordinary isn't too bad in my range of interest, and since hard resins are in the plastic family unlike soft resins, so some harsh poly cement like humbrol should to the trick for putting together resin kits and as for normal plastic well I'm going to print that whole, so no poly glue or super glue.

Oooo that sounds interesting! Let me know how it goes!

Y know … I may do something similar Tho perhaps a different body shell perhaps

Hmmmm next time use Citadel contrast paint for your weathering. Throw those lamps in the bin, send me a message and you can have something a lot nicer. Foot plate crew, I have a couple but I did them for the HO Lion unless your ok with one having a top hat...

I have bought some citadels and have been well impressed! Thanks for the offer man I’m always short of crew and lamps!

What an absolute unit (talking about the loco not the KZbinr)

Bruh you should see me at the gym. I bench press 200 kg no problem. But yeah the loco has a nice stance
@willthemechanist4504 Жыл бұрын
what sort of primer did you use?
@heaptoncollierymodelrailwa6011 Жыл бұрын
Just a Halfords rattle can. I find because it’s thicker it suits 3D prints well. A few light sprays from a foot or so should do you well!

are you sure that in the past voitures/locomotives were so dirty?
@heaptoncollierymodelrailwa6011 Жыл бұрын
Not originally, but this represents a permanent way loco that is aged and on a line that isn’t profitable. Hence why it’s quiet scruffy!
