Brilliance is an absolutely busted card. I have no clue why he doesn’t grab it every time he sees it. It’s a 16 damage 1 energy card. Probably the best value card in the game. If the card did nothing else 16 damage for 1 is unreal.

Everything Baalord says must be taken in the context of A20. Of course lot of weak cards and builds are perfectly viable in easier difficulties
