Look at their ratings, they're low rated GMs, similar elo as the non-GMs. All the non-GMs have a clear goal and are more motivated. These GMs are there to have fun, don't mind quick draws and perhaps look to win some bucks. This doesn't mean they'll lose on purpose to "help" others.

Although people says blitz/bullet is not useful for classical but what ive observed is that while it might now be useful for the game you are playing tomorrow, long term its extremely helpful. Every time i got stuck at same elo in rapid online for months i would play blitz and bullet for a few weeks and that actually improved my rapid game for some reason. Seeing levy succeed so much somehow makes me feel its because he's been competing with the elites for so many years in titled tuesdays and all while being on a break from competitive chess that must have helped him a lot for sure
