How does he get autobuild and hylian shield so early?

they are both easily obtainable after reaching the Surface, Hylian Shield extremly close to the paraglider and just reguires going into surface hyrule castle, and Autobuild is just like 10meters next to the chasm at the Great Plateau, which just happens to be really close to the Great Sky Island
