Love natto, I live in Texas and it’s readily available. I use to live in San Francisco and I was able to get it fresh and organic. (I miss that because I’m not a fan that it’s frozen in styrofoam) great k2-7 for your bones if you match it with vitamin D and great for your teeth!Anything fermented is always good for your gut. There is a reason why towns in Japan who eat a lot of natto are super healthy.

Ok give that baby some food. She’s 6 months and can have it now. She should’ve been introduced to baby cereal and 1st stage baby foods by now too. She’s sure ready for it. In fact she’s been ready, plus she’s a big baby. She’s only having breast milk and it’s not enough at this point. It’s their 5th baby and you would think they would’ve already. What are they waiting for? Lol

In my Mexican culture we never NEVER eat in front of a baby because it’s our belief that they will crave it and if they don’t get a taste after seeing us eat they can get very sick. So if we accidentally eat in front of a baby we give them a little taste or lick of what we are eating to avoid anything bad that could happen to them.

The heat from the hot rice cooks the egg. When he says raw he means cracking the egg directly in the natto as oppose to cooking it first.

Oohweeeee, I’ve been eating natto for over 20 years! I never did a whole raw egg but only the yolk…? 😅 I think the albumen part was almost too slimy for me, overall SO DELICIOUS over hot rice and nori. ❤

it's better to use a cutting board than to cut veggies and other stuff on the counter. it will ruin the counter and the sharpness of the knife, not to mention the counter is slippery, which can cause accidents and obviously you don't want that especially with kids around. the cutting boards are designed to help you with cutting task. better to prep a tray where you can put all thigns you've already cut up so it's also easier to transport to other parts of the kitchen or to the blender. you can also use a bowl😊
