I loved this brutally honest self rant. It reminds me of how I talk to myself as well a lot. I related a lot to what you mentioned near the end about feeling on top of the world one week, and feeling completely unaccomplished in life. And I also noticed the growing self respect and have moderated the self-alienating part of it, but like you said, some people you don't have to pretend to like or try to appeal to inorder to fit in. I hope you get to spend some more time with that gentleman who recommended dosteovsky to you. Reading is honestly one of the best things that a person can do for themselves. I have been recommended the brothers karamazov a lot. This video really made me want to start it today, so thank you for the inspiration, not just in the reading department. I want to make videos and content too at some point, but I don't have the equipment. However I'm very lucky to live in an interesting part of the world, so picking up the camera there would always be something to show the world. I just look forward to seeing you and anyone really embrace their creativity more and more, and hopefully this channel grows with the more time and effort you put into it. One last thing, that regardless of what happens, keep going. Life is rough on everyone, but trust me you don't know precisely how lucky you are to be able to do this. Keep growing, keep studying (about everything) and maybe as one final advice from a human to another ; get into literature at university if you can afford it at some point in your life because on top of your interest in it. It also opens up so stuff to the eye about language, culture, and the world we live in today. Best of luck Alfie!
