At the minimum this property must be confiscated, Write to your lawmakers, especially republicans - asking them to investigate their parents' purchases. ps I know even republicans got funds from him, but since democrats got more - the repubs have a better incentive of chasing their parents

I didn't "knowingly" comingle funds. I never "tried" to comit fraud. Laughing and grinning when asked about stealing 2 million dollars, then saying "I am so deeply sorry about what happened." The fact that Sorkin even refers to this SBF jerk as a young man who may have made mistakes is proof that CNBC is sympathetic to a greedy, narcissistic, son of liberal activists perp. Nope, he answered it. You didn't understand it, but he answered it. Anybody who trade derivatives on FTX gets to loan other user's fund to trade as long as they put up collateral. This is legal, it's in the terms of service. Alameda put up their collateral using FTT tokens, and of course, when Alameda faisl, FTX supposed to use the collateral to pay off Alameda loans, but in this case, they can't. Because FTT tokens also fail when Alameda fails. So in short, Sam version is completely legal, it's risky, but it's legal. He didn't steal anybody's money. Terms of service allows FTX to use user's fund to loan out to other traders on FTX platform as long as they put up collateral. And it includes the risk of somebody putting really risky collateral.

Based on that, his excessive use of "um", other body language, and eye contact or lack of, gaze shift, he is lying 🤥. Totally lying. Anyone else noticing this?? ALL of HIS assets should be frozen and redistributed. He knew what he was doing all along.

Yes, that's why he is still on TV.......ratings, ratings, ratings. He belongs in a mental institution. It's like listening to Charles Manson. Why would the networks let a killer like Manson on TV explain himself or his followers. Why would the networks let a fraudster speak defend himself. I feel sorry for the man who lost his life savings, but at the same time why would anyone invest his/her life savings on something which is not regulated by anything. Risk tolerance should have a limit specifically when it’s somebody’s life savings.

SBF used customer's funds from FTX to buy Real Estate properties in The Bahamas using a multiple SEPARATE companies.... He knew exactly what he was doing. SBF actually owners hundreds of millions of real estate in the Bahamas. They're just all under different entities. Nobody knows the exact amount but it's gotta be a Billion at least.

Co mingling of funds does not happen accidentally. This is not and cannot be an accounting mistake. He goes into exact details off the top of his head when he wants to. He is so calculating. There's something about people like this that are so ready to take credit for everything and responsibility for nothing. Why has he not been arrested yet. See you in 5 to 10 years after 50 court cases and appeals and 100 books and films and documentaries.
