My people are from the Caribbean, so my diet was high in starch and dairy products, which would have made my tonsillitis worse. I'm good now. My oral hygiene has always been impeccable though, ever since I was a child. The tonsillitis was just an unfortunate situation that I had to deal with in my teenage years. Lol

I went through an ugly phase in 7th and 8th grade where kids used to do grades on attractiveness for each student. I was consistently getting C, D, and even a couple Fs from people lol. I didn’t notice how much my skin changed from when I was in elementary, in elementary I used to have older women saying how handsome I was! Got to middle school and shit changed lol I never spent that much time in the mirror so I thought I was still on my handsome shit so I’m out there being extra smooth getting my r Kelly on cause I can sing but wondering why the girls wasn’t going for it lol until one day I kept trying to get this girl she wasn’t interested at all, but she didn’t wanna hurt my feelings so she gave me her number. I call her up we get to talking soon as I went for my smooth shit, she told me I had a good body, nice voice and everything but I need the face to go with it😩 I didn’t know how to respond to it. We hung up and never talked on the phone again and I stop talking to her. So I started looking in the mirror and noticed how much my skin had changed and I wasn’t the same handsome child anymore lol I grew out of it after high school and I started applying myself and restored my handsome face and now I maintain myself I’m 34 and I can go back to my smooth shit while also looking good too. Now while trying to maintain my looks and caring about my appearance I am now missing something else the boat loads of money part 🤦🏾‍♂️ all these years I wasted trying to look good I didn’t secure the bag part of it. Soo the lesson for today is looks will come and go just be a good hearted person and handle your business and you will attract people don’t worry about being pretty or handsome. Real story I am an open minded man so I don’t mind feedback sometimes it’s good because not a lot of people will tell you the truth whole time you’re walking around looking tore up from head to toe.
