Al i am so happy that you are doing so well and what a Blessing to have your wife support you. Maybe I make a suggestion read the Bible first put God first God is the only one that can heal you and strengthen you and give you courage. God is our loving Father and deserves all the reverence, Honor and Glory. May HIS name be praised forever 🙏 also when anxiety tries come on you start giving God praise and start thanking him for all he has done in your and for your family. Depression will lift when giving God praise and we have a thankful and grateful heart. ❤😊

Hey Al. Noticed you manually opening your gate. I know it's not an ideal task when it is raining. You should try a Mighty Mule gate opener. It runs on a 12 volt battery that can be charged by house power or solar panel. I absolutely love mine. It comes with remotes for your cars, and you can buy additional remotes, if needed, like for inside the house to let guests in, or maybe family members. Just a suggestion. BTW love your blog and your mowing channel. You have an awesome family. You got this brother. Don't let those demons get you down. YOU ARE STRONG!! 💯💪

Wow. Maybe I think differently than others but I really had the impression that the decision to join the challenge came with good thought and a lot of love.
