I like that you share the beautiful side of your life, and admire you have the courage to openly discuss your challenges. We have been watching since last year. I don't know if it is necessary to vlog daily. Find your pace. It is great you share with us, but to do it daily seems like too much. I wouldn't want to do all that editing and thinking about creating content, when you have a great family and the most important time of your kids development. My impression is you are a good man, who wants to do good things. Take your camera, and if YOU want to share something, then it is good, but don't back yourself into a corner with the thought you HAVE to do it. That type of thinking pressures us and creates anxiety. If you choose to vlog, then do what you want when you want. It makes better quality for yourself and in your videos. When we start thinking we "have" to do something we box ourselves into a corner and create stress. What I and some others call "musterbating". Stressing yourself with thoughts and language like I have to, I should, or I must. Reframe it, like I want to have a family, so I want to do what I can to care for them and enrich their happiness. You have a lot of energy, and sometimes it can turn on us when we get lost in our thoughts and are not finding and enjoying happiness. You got this brother, enjoy your family, enjoy your life and thanks for sharing.

You need to use high octane gas for your boat motors like premium, just saying. Your motor will last alot longer and its alot better for all outdoor activities that has a motor. Thanks

My Dad used to go fishing with a surf rod he made out of bamboo. The times he didn't catch any fish, he would stop at the fish shop and buy whole fish and tell us he caught them. He didn't want to disappoint us about having fish for dinner. But it was the time he was fishing he enjoyed and we were happy he was happy. Your family is a delight to see. The kids have grown heaps. My suggestion for dinner is Spaghetti Bolognese. Easy one for Shilo. Keep having fun and keep some of the seeds from your vege to grow as next crop. They grow better because the seeds are adapted to your area. 😊

You seem to be better. I’m bipolar pretty much all my life but wasn’t diagnosed until I was in my 30s. Knowing that now explains a lot of things that happened to me in my youth. Just keep taking your medication and you’ll be fine. There is no cure so please don’t stop your medication just because you feel better. It means the medicine is working. Sometimes you have to switch your medicine around to fine the perfect combination for you. Life gets tough sometimes but you have a beautiful family and they need you at your best. 😊
