It's one of those game that might look simple but are incredibly addictive, even if sometimes you feel frustrated after spending so much in an area just to get killed in the stupidest way possible. Personally, i love the hardcore mode of this game.

Haven't played quite a while because I'm just waiting for new contents to pile up, but the last time I played, sniper and stealth perk was absolutely busted my auto pistol could kill "Big"s near instantly One tip: against human enemies, armor penetration is really important, high level bosses are equipped with armor that makes them nearly impervious to non piercing ammo

I am totally addicted to this game too, I have started 4-5 saves and played couple dozens hours on each of them already. then I accepted a challenge that someone posted on the discord channel. Hunter difficulty, no modules, no storage stashes are extended, and most importantly, real permanent death, which means if you die, you will have to start all over. See how far you can go, of course the target is til all quests are completed, then the next counter will be the total number of runs, fewer the better. This is really tough, but cannot stop to start a new try after every careless death, LOL

2:30 ok, so I'm already noticing that when you "turn" with your mouse, objects fade out of view, but the permanent environment remains visible. That's actually pretty cool, and it even makes decent sense. Your mental map knows there's no way an entire road is gonna up and disappear when your back is turned. Now that supply crate, on the other hand... Like, that alone makes me think this could be a great multi-player co-optional experience

After watching Kevin play this game, I wound up buying it since looking at patch notes the devs are still working on updating it so its not an abandoned early access game. It's been pretty fun so far, it definitely feels like a mix of STALKER and Escape From Tarkov with the extracting and gathering items to sell and upgrade stuff, as well as the mutant ghouls and the random anomalies in the zones. I also wound up killing a boss bandit before I even realized it was him until I went to loot XD
