Damn, used to watch this guy way back when he trained with Terry Crews. Right there i saw how he blessed Terry with power and he was yelling EVERYTHING multiple times. That got my attention. What is this guy a priest? i said. Then a whole new concept of motivation was just unlocked that day. I still remember him saying if you die, you got 5 minutes to recover then you get back up and finish your set.
