Thanks for all the career guidance you give sir, could you please make a video on navigating personal relationship with parents while one ends up taking the branch which they love instead of the one which which parents think wld be good for their adult grown up child, when the person owns up all the mistakes and goes ahead in life still the parents try to taunt and hold on to those little mistakes. As a adult doctor I have the ability to make decisions of my life including career and marriage but my parents don’t align with me in both of these aspects, ryt now I have no good rltn with my mom and dad, I understand it’s the cultural aspect which influences them but I really want to mend things and do good in my career and marry the person whom I want to .

I too have aspired to achieve such greatness in the field of Anaesthesia, a branch which was not my first choice but today i have no regrets of choosing it. You just fall in love with this branch as you live it AI came just during my residency and i was the only among my colleagues to use it from Day 1 and that made me stand out from rest of them and helped me greatly. @DheerajMasapu that is one thing I have to work on seriously, I'm sort of an introvert and I hardly go out for parties and entertainment, dont socialize much, don't even drink alcohol or smoke but I do waste a lot of time in watching series, movies and etc stuff and the FOMO it carries Watching you slowly I'm improving, looking forward to more such videos and motivations from you sir

@Dr.KP08 i want to tell u that I too have introvert personality but I wanted to be in clinical environment. So apart from patho , radio , anesthesia does that completely and my mind suddenly changed towards anesthesia after watching dr dheeraj sir's videos which I initially considered very boring branch.

Absolutely don’t agree to many points. 1. Life is short enjoy it. Travel party do what ever makes u happy. Money should create experiences and luxury or what is the point of making money and keeping it as numbers 2. Meet and network very important 3. Burn out is real Many people get burnt out quickly this way Leaders like u should also promote work life balance in India which is hugely lacking and significantly affects quality of work

I recommend to use time efficiently and use it for important stuff like time with family and children. I am totally ok with having work life balance and i recommend it in all my videos. I worked hard for 5 years and would do it for another 5 years and chill after that.
