I've been hunting artifacts up and down the Arkansas River my whole life. I have what some would consider a large collection, but it doesn't matter how many you have, it's a rush every time. The most valuable thing I ever found was a prehistoric spear head that currently sitting at Wolaroc museum in Bartlesville Oklahoma. This stuff should be seen by all. It's humbling when you think about what it must have been like and to imagine the person who made them. Great stuff, Billy! Thing is, I still giggled !

Man that’s awesome! You are right, there’s certain parts of my property where I just get this weird feeling…like it’s important..and one of those places is where I’ve found a number of these artifacts. I would absolutely subscribe to the Ginger Billy Archeology channel in a heartbeat! I, also, find the prehistoric period(especially of North America)to be an extremely fascinating and exciting time. Everytime I see/hold an arrowhead, spear point, or fossil, of some sort, for the first time I feel as though I'm transported to that precise moment in time as I begin to wonder just what that person's day-to-day life must have been like! Especially, with all of the different kinds of post ice age megafauna they had to live amongst and what all they had to have done in order to survive from day to day! If I'm not careful, I can get completely carried away and lost in the wonder of what that life had to have been like in order to just survive each day. I think the most incredible part of the whole scenario is that, even with all of those massive beasts roaming around, they, somehow managed to find a way to outlast them and survived(practically unchanged)all the way up to just a few hundred years ago with only primitive technologies. I'll be eagerly looking forward to the Ginger Billy Archeologist's next video and update on that amazing fossil you found as well! Oh, yeah, and I'll always enjoy the comedy videos in between too. Keep doing what you do bud!! Love all your stuff man!!

Love watching people find ancient artifacts. You are very lucky to have a site on your property. Had a family member that had a site on their property and I hunted it as much as I could. Definitely want to see more.

I love how excited he gets, he’s like a kid in a candy shop. That’s an awesome collection. I’m actually a bit jealous here. 32 acres of land that’s a lot and the fact you’ve found that many it’s truly impressive.

I absolutely love looking for this stuff. We go camping and look for cool artifacts and fossils. I very much enjoyed sharing your excitement. I collect fossils and petrified wood. I wanted to be an archeologist when I was a kid and I never stopped being amazed by it. You got so lucky with that property! Keep us posted on the bone!

Love seeing you get super excited about history, artifacts, and such. Can't wait for part 2 so we can find out what type, and how old, that bone is. Love the comedy vids, but these types are awesome as well. Your fans get to learn more about you and what you like. Makes things a little more exciting when we get to go on the journey with ya.

That was fun watching you nerd out on this video! I live in South Dakota where we have lots of ancient artifacts just under our feet! I love taking my girls out and walk creek beds and river beds in dry years to see what we can find. Some times its rock hounding, fossil hunting, looking for antient artifacts or even stuff from the late 1800 to early 1900's. Last year, found my first large, well intact buffalo skull! My daughter found her first arrow head last summer as well in a draw behind our property. Downstream of my place, there's the remains of an old steam boat that wrecked on a sand bar in the late 1800's. I want to check that out before the spring floods come. I'd love to see more of this!

This is awesome! I love your comedy and you never fail to make my day better, but your passion for this really comes through and I respect that so much more! My Mother and I used to sit by the creek that ran beside our house and sift through the rocks and find little bits of Amethyst. I have such great memories of that time and she and I still laugh about our little treasures. You are giving a gift to your son that he will carry with him his entire life. God Bless!

G Bill this was fun! I loved it! From time to time we find arrow heads here on our property. General Sherman spent some time here. His headquarters still stands in our tiny town. This video was way more fun!! The look on your face when you washed the artifacts off was priceless. Keep them coming. Excited for part 2. Sending ❤️ and big 🐻 hugs from north Ga.

@@GingerBilly Yes… a LOT lol! Including stone tools, clay beads and bone implements. If you really want to find a lot, start searching construction sites(especially ones on the tops of ridges over looking water)after a good rain. I used to frame houses here in Kentucky in my early 20’s, and as we were building a neighborhood in Bowling Green overlooking the barren river I found over 300 hundred just on that site(it wasn’t just me searching the area either)! Best of luck to you!

Very cool to see your passion to history! Like yourself, I cleared a lot of trees on 20 acres of land just north of Savannah, GA and built a house. My wife got me a metal detector for Christmas and I recently found an 1890 silver Morgan dollar coin, and a lot of iron from what appears to have been a blacksmith that lived there around the 1890's to early 1900's. I'm very interested to see what you find next! Please keep us updated!

I live in eastern Kansas and at the end of this year, it will be 10 years since I found my first arrowhead. That started a madness lol. Now I have hundreds of complete artifacts and through searching I have actually found a couple civil war camps and pre civil war camp. I've done tons of research through the years. Have had many people ask "how do you know so much about this stuff" congrats man on your finds and research keep it up

Yes, more please! My dad was an avid arrowhead hunter here in central NY. Would walk the farm fields after they tilled. He would also find stones that had a smooth depression in them, he called them paint bowls. They were on the smaller size so he said they were used to “paint” the lines on their faces. Not sure if he researched that, but that’s what he believed. One actually had an etching of a figure pointing a bow and arrow at a bird above. I wish he had kept that one, but he liked giving these things to people.
