Yeah she was probably just trying to tell him thank you and don't come home as AP has moved in. Oh and you'll be paying me alimony while he lives with me 😂

I was thinking the same. Maybe the only possible redemption for Op is his ex experiences regret or even remorse, knowing she no longer has a stable family home and husband. But yeah, can't help but think she just ends up moving in with her AP and life moves on for her. As much as Op thinks he got closure just disappearing, it will scar him likely for years to come.

Always the "just a friend" when asked who they are texting with. Uh huh, right. That "friend" is inevitably someone of the opposite sex who has less than admirable intentions with the spouse. He disappears and not sure if he filed for divorce or what. Would like to have seen what her life turned out like. Too many of these stories where the person wronged rides into the sunset, with nothing on how things turned out for everyone affected.

Women always think they can talk their way out of anything. And when its over they want to meet for closure thinking they can still talk their way out. The worst thing you can do to a woman is ghost her and not give her the chance. Well played. Perfect.
