I have a question please. I live in Austria, & we do see Sun in summers, but not really daily. There is no guarantee of having sunlight every day. If I place the bottle in sunlight for one day & if the other days I don't see Sun, then also will the process work ? Another question. Yes...u can make it without sun ...but the process of making the lemon soft would take longer time (around 2 weeks) or more...

Guarantee hai..nahi hoga kharab saalbhar...jaise jaise ye achar purana hoga. Bahut swadist lagtha hai and infact traditional method se ye achar ka taste different but mast hai.
