My lifelong friend was someone I had had a mad crush on during my teens. Sadly, for me, he never asked me out or showed that we were anything but friends Years later, after we had both married other people and were raising families, he visited me during a business trip to my city. He had finally worked up the courage to confess to me that he had always loved me, but he had never showed it because he was afraid I would reject him for being shorter than I am. And this was after knowing my family for nearly his entire life, and observing many, many times that my mother was considerably taller than my father! Yet he still had his fear that I would never be interested in him. His news was terribly sad, but it wasn’t crushing, because I was happily married. We remained good friends, and over the years learned that we had each suffered abuse from one or both of our parents, leaving both of us with very low self esteem, and wanting very badly to feel loved. We loved each other by being friends. My friend passed away last year. Even though we only very rarely saw each other, I miss him so much. Rest in Peace, Dear One.

@Mitali Sharma It's a common pattern. She can no longer attract men that she is interested in. So she marries the wealthiest man she can still attract. A man she is not attracted to at all. Then immediately after the contract of marriage is official she will deny all physical intimacy because she was never ever actually attracted to him. She was attracted to his money. Half of which is now hers via the marriage contract. Colloquially among men this pattern is called "alpha f**ks beta bucks". Now why feel sorry for the beta bucks? Probably because he thought she actually loved him. But she never did. All she wanted to do was to secure resources for herself and her alpha f**ks child.

@tisbutascratch20452 жыл бұрын
@@mmconceicao I like the things about short men that you can't find in tall men. It's easier to kiss a short man, to hug them and rest your head on their shoulder, and to do anything physical, because you can actually reach them without having to pull them down to your height. I've dated a guy who was 6"3 and I never enjoyed having my makeup come off on his shirt as he would jam my face into his chest whenever we would hug. He was also 250lbs, and let me tell you, when he used to roll over on me while sleeping, I would always panic that I might suffocate 😅 Now I'm dating someone my height (5"6), and I find it so much easier to have affectionate moments with him (there's also the added factor that his height is super cute and I feel like I'm lying on a teddy bear when I'm cuddling with him). I also find shorter men ironically more masculine and humble... maybe because of teasing and overcompensation due to their height, (I'm not sure), but I just love the way they carry themselves and the way they look, especially if they have a broader body with muscular arms like my boyfriend. Overall, short guys are attractive, sweet and more humble than taller guys generally :) And even if my relationship with my boyfriend doesn't work out, I don't think I would ever date a tall man again. He got me hooked! Haha.
