Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm water.
200 ml of warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
10 g dry yeast.
Mix well.
Cover for 5 minutes.
600 g of wheat flour.
Add the flour in batches.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mixing.
30 ml of olive oil.
Add the rest of the flour.
Mix well with a wooden spoon.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Gather the dough from the sides of the bowl.
Cover with cling film and set aside in a warm place for 40-45 minutes.
The dough rose well.
Like a cloud 🍚.
Grease the table with olive oil.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Parchment.
Make a loaf shape.

Proofing yeast alone takes at least five minutes. The person who posted the video was almost certainly referring to the few minutes required to measure ingredients, mix them together, and shape the loaves. 😉 Some folks take five minutes just to separate the egg! 😂

I really like this recipe. It’s interesting that you don’t have to kneed the dough to agitate the yeast. I can’t wait to try this and maybe experiment with butter and garlic on top instead of egg wash 😋
