I've been asked a lot recently to provide some updates on my Iqoro and Hiatus Hernia - so here's my little update on it all. If you'd be interested in perhaps anything I mentioned in the video do let me know - and comment below how you are getting on with PPIs (omeprazole), Iqoro, and your Hiatus/Hiatal Hernia.
I want to start posting more regularly and getting creative with my channel, so I've made a promise to myself to post more regular content.

I have been on omeprazole since 2016 and haven't had any major symptoms apart from the heart palpitations which I presume I get from my anxiety or hiatal hernia. I had bloods recently done via the NHS and all looks fine according to the doctor. However I have reduced my omeprazole consumption and only take it every 2-3 days.

Hi using the iqoro did you have any side effects ? Pain ? Choking or any odd sensations? Did you feel a difference whence you stopped using the device ? Ive tried all ppis and they either not working or giving ne terrible side effects so im just dribking gaviscon and rennies all day and having a very limited diet. Im going to try the cabbage juice diet to see if that helps

@@sorellefraser888 when I start Iqoro I do get some slight symptoms again, like the feeling in my throat/acid, only slight and it usually passes in a few days. I’m sorry ppis give you side effects, let me know how you get on with the juice
