Hey John, this popped up on my wall. I wouldn't worry about the days you post at this stage. Focus on the type of content you want to make an really learn that niche how to package and position content. The trouble you'll have is KZbin won't know what audience to push your videos too. So it'll be testing your content across different audiences, and when they don't want a new video because it's unrelated it'll hurt you. It's essentially why there's so many things I'd love to make videos about but I can't! Hope that helps in some way. If it's just for fun I really wouldn't worry.

Im supposed to have an endoscopy sometime soon, i have anxieties about it too. I've suffered from long covid cough, ever since I had it 2 & 1/2 years ago. ( worst week of my life & close to my birthday too)& my throat is constantly irritated due to the constant coughing. Im worried about what an endoscopy could do to it. Make it worse?. I'm also wondering why they would want to put the IV in the hand. Its too painful. Ive never had one in my hand before. Whenever they want to put one in, I always request my arm. Im hypersensitive to pain due to my anxieties. And I dont think that they will find anything AGAIN. I've had every other diagnostic imaging that could be done. & still they found NOTHING.!😢 ive had this pain in the UPPER left side of my stomach for over a year now. Pray that they will find whats bothering me. It feels like someone "pulling inward and twisting, on my stomach muscle( in that area) from the inside, and not letting go." And sometimes it feels like a fork is stuck in there or a small bone.

People are in denial that we are at the point where even though we have advances in medicine and screenings for these illnesses, but sedentary lifestyles, obesity, etc are all causing these to flare up earlier. Still though, not smoking, only consuming a few (if any) alcoholic drinks a week, exercise, and doing things to de-stress are still very important, and can reduce risk.

Molinoxidyl increases blood flow to the follicles to grow / regrow hair and topical has less systemic implications than topical (which is why im watching this great review) Finasteride blocks DHT uptake (testosterone) which is why it has sexual side effects which is again why im checking out this alternative. Id rather be bold with a boner than hairy and embarassed

@8:30 Don’t worry, John-you may well get some Scandinavian in the future! My grandmother didn’t have any Scandinavian at all in 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023, but the 2024 update gave her 5% Danish, lol. She’s primarily English, like you, so watch out for the Danelaw! In all seriousness, though, you can rest assured that you have some Scandinavian Viking DNA, because it’s ubiquitous in Britain. And Scandinavians have British DNA, too, because of the “thralls” the Vikings brought back with them. That shared DNA often causes misreads, as well as the fact that some of the Anglo-Saxons came from what is now Denmark and even more came from what used to be Denmark but was relatively recently taken from Denmark by Germany (Angeln). I don’t want to post any links because that’s gotten my comments flagged as spam and removed before, but I’m sure you could find the genetic studies yourself if you searched for them :)

Hi John, I have the same product that I bought about 4 years ago. At that time I was skeptical but I gave it a try. I used it for about a week and I noticed that it gave me tachicardia. I stopped and tried again and again tachicardia. Not sure if it is just me but it gave me too much of a boost not in a nice way but more like over stimulated. It may be that at that time in my life lot of things where going on. I want to try again, starting tomorrow, because I feel my energy is going down. I really want this to work for me.

Hi John, thank you for sharing your experience with hiatus hernia. I can relate, as I experience similar symptoms, including an esophageal scar. I'm 58 and was diagnosed with a 2cm hiatus hernia through an endoscopy. It’s been a three-year journey for me, managing it with 30mg of esomeprazole daily. I've also undergone both the Esophageal pH test and the Bravo pH test, which confirmed I have GERD. I've decided to move forward with laparoscopic antireflux surgery next week, hoping it will alleviate the symptoms. Wishing you the best in your journey as well!

I retired back in 2021 during COVID and decided to spend some of my time researching my family tree and take a DNA test. I really didn't expect to discover anything exciting- how wrong was I? Every day was a new revelation, I discovered a "lost" uncle of my dad's who was killed in Russia during WW1 when he was sent there by Churchill in 1918 to fight against the Red Army in the Russian Civil War. He was killed in action exactly 2 weeks after celebrating his 20th birthday and 2 weeks before the Armistice. My Grandmother never ever mentioned him and no one in the family knew this story. I also stumbled upon another young man who fought and died at the Somme and was awarded a V.C. His story is incredible- he was a piper in a Scottish Canadian Battalion who's brave action of standing up and playing his bagpipes when his company were about to be over run and defeated by the Germans was rewarded. His action stiffened moral and his mates rallied and counter attacked saving the day and winning that small but significant battle. There is so much more to this story that it was being developed for a feature film at one point pre pandemic. The story also featured on the front page of the old Boys comic Victor in 1966 on the 50th anniversary of The Somme. These are just a couple of the fascinating discoveries I've made- there are dozens more- including a link to a person who was murdered in the USA and featured in a NETFLIX documentary! It really is worth investing time in carrying out some research- I ended up following certain names- something drew me to them- my gut and instinct kicked in- these searches ALWAYS proved fruitful!

Hello John, Thank you so much for this vlog, OI have a Light Therapy Lamp, mine has a timer for 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes. I can also change the brightness as well. I would attach a link but I don't think mine is produced any more, sadly! I brought mine after talking to my doctor, she couldn't recommend any particular type so I just brought one that looked OK, I find I leave mine on for around 30mins but whatever setting I have mine on I seem to feel more tired after having it on, I was told, you should have the lamp so half your face is lit up by the lamp. Mine (i'm guessing like yours) came with no instructions, I've searched for some but nothing, so thank you for this vlog and making me feel less alone in not knowing!

In hindsight, I was I was raised in a warmer and more affirming environment, but unfortunately it would have been social suicide to come out in school. I'd have been expelled and ostracised from family. I'm curious as to what you mean about the USA. Trump is unfit for office, but I honestly don't think he's a homophobe, and I think Republicans in general have become less hostile to gay men.

@ thanks for sharing your experience and thanks for watching! That’s great that you feel republicans are less hostile and you feel safe, obviously I don’t live in the USA to comment to comment on how you feel, but from Trumps own mouth, he is against LGBTQ+ people, and then that person is in a position of power where in the UK even his impact is felt towards anti-gay propergant. There’s a fact sheet on the GLAAD website of all the anti-queer actions and statements.
