I don't get tired of making these delicious cookies | Quick and easy recipe # 228

Today I am making a very beautiful cookie. Both children and adults love these cookies. Make these cookies and you!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
80 grams of sugar (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon)
100 grams of butter
350 grams of flour (2 + 3/4 cups + 2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
salt
2 teaspoons of powdered sugar
Bake in oven at 350 ° F / 15 minutes.

Including measurements…..for people who may not weigh ingredients. They are beautiful. They weren’t as buttery or as flavorful as I’d hoped and I did weigh ingredients but thinking I may have made a misstep….or that using a teaspoon of vanilla instead of the vanilla sugar or the unsalted butter may have impacted the flavor. They also didn’t get as brown….may have been the oven temp, the fact that I had to chill the dough😃 I will likely try it again.

These look like spring flowers. I can imagine glazing them with yellow or orange glaze and they would look like chrysanthamums, with pink they would look like carnations. Yum.

That would be pretty and I think I would add citrus extract instead of vanilla, lemon and orange flavored then glazed in colors to math the flavor.

I made them last night and they look amazing but...to me they are very poor in sugar. I am always happy to reduce sugar😃😃😃but here I’d put a little bit more. I am wondering if I didn’t put enough salt in order to enhance the flavor...I will try again🥰.
