The 1st problem in his story is "elevating in his denomination", "green rooms", "baby we are moving up", etc. The entire scenario is built on seemingly attempt to sanctify a "Christian celebrity" culture. This is in opposition to Biblical description and implication that the Lord's servants are slaves not celebrities.

When the pastor and First Lady rebuked you at that moment, they were telling the truth. And when she said “harden not your heart”, that was God speaking. You just couldn’t perceive it at the time, and that doesn’t mean that it was not a message from God. It is written that we know not the hour or the day of the Lord’s return. And had the Lord returned on that day when you refused to listen to the pastor tell you to repent, you would have been a casualty….period. Because that’s what is written in the scripture. Only by the GRACE of God was he patient with you and gave you more time to surrender. That’s not going to be everyone’s story, unfortunately. Because the Lord is going to come back like a thief in the night. It is better to tell young men that when they are told to repent, to listen. Because the scoffing, as you did, is what will send folks to hell.

@@MillionaireRae there’s no such thing as “forcing” someone to repent. Because if we could “force” someone into repentance, then people wouldn’t be hell bound. Finding creative ways to get someone to come to God is not a requirement. If someone tells you to simply “repent for the kingdom of God is at hand” and you say “I will not”, that does mean something is wrong with me. It means your heart has been hardened. And the truth is that I’m not responsible to make you open to the truth. The Lord said to “wipe the dust off your feet” if people reject the message that the “Kingdom is at hand”.
