I’m currently 8 months pregnant and at around 28 weeks I started feeling a lot of pressure aswell especially after walking or in the mornings to the point I couldn’t stand straight and apparently it’s normal. Try not to worry too much I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly.💕

Where I live, you can’t tell what the weather is gonna be like, my state is literally bipolar when it comes to weather like, Monday it was almost in the 70’s then Tuesday-Now Saturday it’s been the 40’s and we had a really bad ice storm, this next week it’s supposed to start a little warmer in the 50’s growing into the 60’s to back down to the 40’s, Last year was interesting because it started snowing in the middle of April. And even the weather that is supposed to happen this next week might change to who knows what, I have been used to it because I lived in this type of state my entire life so it’s a normal thing for me, but I’m just thinking of someone who hasn’t lived in that kind of state and how crazy it might be for them.

Hey! I'm 33 weeks pregnant with my first and probably around 30 weeks I started having a lot of braxton hicks, i feel so much pressure in my lower abdomen and I had my dr. app last week and they told me it's normal. So don't worry, call them if you feel like you have to but just don't worry. Try to get as much rest as possible. Wishing you health!

Hopefully baby boy keeps cookin! Sophie is such a cutie! 🐈 For back pains, I didn't find out about this until recently but I found an amazing massage tool that comes with different attachments for various muscle groups. (Deep tissue on back, neck, abs, feet, etc.) The attachment thay resembles a tennis ball feels so nice on my lowerback/hip area. I HIGHLY recommend getting one, especially for closer to delivery when body aches/pains get worse.

The pain could be from the stress and Braxton hicks combined I remember dealing with alot of stress and thinking I would end up in labor because of the pain so hope all goes well ginger tea and or lemon tea helps really well but I'm not a doctor Sophie is so cute she will make a great older sister 😺

So I remember having a lot of pressure with my son. Braxton hicks, like you said, and maybe it could be the baby dropping. That usually happens a few weeks before labor. Lightning is also a thing that could be starting now that you're in third tri. I had A LOT of lightning with my son. Like A LOT. It's likely something that's very normal. Just keep an eye on it, and if you feel any changes in baby's movement or if you think your braxton hicks are getting closer together and more intense, call your dr or the nearest er to get advice.
