@@jackfox1685 I believe the rules are different for attacking and defending. So if it hits an attackers arm at all, regardless of position, in the buildup to their goal then its disallowed. If it hits a defender's arm, there's the deliberation of whether it was actually handball. Stupid still. Has to be fair across the board.

Worst thing is if the part of the arm jesus controlled the ball with was in a offside position and he scored they would rule it out for a part of the body you CAN score with. But he controlled the ball with that part and wasnt offside but they rule it out for handball 😂😂. Absolute joke im a liverpool fan and we had this BS with van dijks injury. They said his arm was offside. But then somebody scores with this part of the body and its ruled out for handball. This VAR has not fixed any decisions it is making it more confusing for the fans but easier to fix, bias and corrupt from the officials. FA need liquidating and starting fresh with a new footballing body

Rule changes should go through every team in the league that it applies to. Inside the teams, the players and manager should vote whether they agree with the new rule or disagree. Every team should have a final decision For, Against or Abstain and submit to FA/UEFA or whoever is in charge of the league. That way, players who play the game have a say whether the new rule will be beneficial or a hindrance to their profession. Once more than half of the teams have voted FOR the rule change, only then should it be rolled out.

handball is up to the ref to make that call not VAR> if the ball hits part of the players arm its handball. Spurs have had two pens given for Handball when both times the player is not even looking at the ball. The Dire handball against Newcastle for example he is not even looking at the ball. This started back from a few years ago when Man United were given a Pen against PSG for the PSG handballing even though he was jumping and turning away from the ball.
