Look at his time at Wolfsburg and Werder Bremen where he didn't really have a great team around him. He broke the assists record in that league(which was later broken by Muller after years) and had also won the player of the year in Bundesliga at a time when Prime 'Robbery' and Lewa were playing.

In Pep's system, you can't keep losing the ball like that and then also keep complaining when things don't go your way.
